Please note that you could receive multiple shipments/packages if you place an order with several items. We currently operate from a warehouse in Tennessee, California, and one warehouse is located overseas. Feel free to email us if you have a question about your shipment.

Return Policy 

We offer returns for store credit within 14 days from your order date. Please let us know within 3 business days if you’re unhappy with your purchase. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned
  • Personal items such as adhesive bras, bodysuits, earrings, swimsuits, etc. cannot be returned
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use (this includes makeup stains and deodorant marks)
  • At this time we do not offer exchanges

*Please allow 10-14 business days for your return to be processed from the date we receive it. You can still shop while you wait on your refund to be issued. In-store credit will be issued net of return costs when applicable. Unapproved items will be returned at your expense.

Once an item(s) are "purchased" no refund will be issued, only store credit, even if  the item(s) have not shipped. 

 

Shipping Policy 

Allow up to 3-7 business days for processing. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 3-10 business days. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages. You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and UPS exceptions beyond our control.
